Emily is the best teller I've ever experienced. I don't know her personally, but she makes me feel at home and welcome, and she's very professional. Marcial, the bank manager, is another awesome manager. Anytime I need help, he's willing to help me and it makes me feel appreciated. I would never ever go to another bank.

Lyseida is THE BEST! She helped me with absolutely everything about getting my first truck! She has so much patience, she educated me about finances and credit bureaus. She made my experience as a newbie so flawless. Thank you to Lyseida one more time!

I recently moved and needed to switch banks - after research I chose Trax CU, and I'm so happy I did! Opening a new savings and checking account here was so simple and smooth. The credit check went through fast and easy. Ashley was welcoming, professional, patient, and kind while helping me through the process; I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. I'm also very pleased with the mobile app, it's easy to use, loads quickly, has intuitive navigation, and is compatible with Zelle. They also printed my new debit card on the spot which was so convenient! The welcoming packet was easy to understand and answered questions I didn't even think to ask. Overall a great experience, would recommend 10/10!

I had a very nice experience today refinancing my vehicle with Railroad & Industrial Credit Union. They are under renovation and are very organized with compensating for the limited space. Frank Fortner was very helpful and experienced in his field and made it a very easy and pleasing experience. They cut my rate IN HALF! Peter Giorgianni was also a great help with making everything happen. I would HIGHLY suggest using them for financing, a mortgage, or opening an account with them!!!

I have gotten a few Auto Loans at RIFCU. Great experience and I would highly recommend them for an Auto Loans. Their representative Shanna is a true professional. Each time she had gotten a prompt approval, answered all my questions, and made the process easy.

I have been banking with Trax (formally railroad and industrial credit union) for well over 35 years! I have not once had a bad experience. I wanted to compliment my recent experience at the Winthrop Branch as I needed to make two wire transfers, and I also needed to pull some funds out of an IRA account. All of these transactions went as smooth as possible. The only hiccup was my fault for incorrectly, filling out the transfer forms multiple times! lol! The teller that was dealing with me was extremely patient and helpful. I have dealt with Jim, the bank manager multiple times and he is very laid-back, and very easy to conduct business with!

The service and attention to detail from start to finish of my entire loan process was A++++. Ashley S. took very good care of me and went out of her way to ensure the loan process went smooth, she even took time to explain processes to the dealership over the phone when they couldn't figure things out.
