External transfer

• Transfer from another institution via ACH Express²
• One-time or recurring payments
• 2-5 business days
• FREE

*Online Banking & External Account registration required. Select External Accounts from the TRANSFERS tab.

Pay online

• Use a debit card or ACH from another institution³
• One-time or recurring payments
• Up to 2 business days
• $3.95 per payment

³You will need your account number. Cutoff time for same-day credit is 5:00pm EST.

Pay by phone

• Use a debit card or ACH from another institution⁴
• One-time payment
• Up to 2 business days to post to your account
• $7.50 per payment
• Call 813-800-TRAX(8729) to make a payment

VISA payments are available on a desktop device from the VISA option in the menu. At this time Visa payments are not offered via External Transfer or Self-Pay Online.
